HubSpot is the only CRM I recommend to small business owners starting out — and it’s because the free version is genuinely excellent.
It tracks all your customer interactions, manages your sales pipeline, sends marketing emails, and now has AI features built in that help you write emails, summarize conversations, and prioritize leads.
